This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 18, 2022, remote Jackson, Mississippi trial session. On March 22, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 6, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's Jackson, Mississippi remote trial session, beginning at 10:00 AM (CT), on April 18, 2022.
