Douglas Scott Anderson Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On February 18, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. However, upon review, the Court notes that the Proposed Stipulated Decision improperly incorporates a page from the Settlement Stipulation. Such documents must be filed separately.

Because the Court cannot process the Proposed Stipulated Decision as currently filed, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed February 18, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2022, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration.

The parties are advised that it is not necessary to refile the Settlement Stipulation.
