Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event, upon the ground that the case was for the jury, both on the question of defendant's negligence and plaintiff's contributory negligence. Jenks, P.J., Rich, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concur.
