ORDER

COLLEEN A. O'BRIEN PRESIDING JUDGE

The motion to extend time to file brief in support of application is GRANTED, and the brief received on January 27, 2022 has been accepted for filing.

The motion to suppress, squash, strike, remove appellees' evidence according to MRE 803(6) trustworthiness is DENIED.

The motion to dismiss Curtis, Woodrum, and Hydro Chem is DENIED.

The motion to amend brief to conform to MCR 7.212 is GRANTED.

The "Request for Late Appeal According to Appellate Rule MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a)," which this Court has treated as an application for delayed appeal, is GRANTED. The time for taking further steps in this appeal runs from the date of the Clerk's certification of this order. MCR 7.205(E)(3). This appeal is limited to the issues raised in the application and supporting brief. MCR 7.205(E)(4).

Presiding Judge Jansen, J., would deny the delayed application for leave to appeal.
