MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Karla Janet Anderson, has filed in this court a motion to dismiss this appeal. In the motion, Appellant states that the parties to this appeal entered into an agreement during a hearing on the motion for new trial and that the trial court has now signed an amended agreed final decree of divorce that settles all issues between the parties to this appeal. Pursuant to the agreement, Appellant now asks this court to dismiss the appeal. In accordance with Appellant's request, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1).

The motion to dismiss is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
