Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal we find no error of law in its judgment.

SANDERS, J., is of the opinion that writ should be granted. See Rogillio v. Cazedessus, 241 La. 186, 127 So.2d 734 (concurring opinion) and Parks v. Hall, 189 La. 849, 181 So. 191.
