ORDER

Plaintiff Shelly Anders filed a complaint on February 25, 2003, asserting two causes of action against the Defendant, the first for alleged constitutional violations committed by the Defendant, and the second for an alleged tort committed by the Defendant. Upon Defendant's June 12, 2003 Motion to Dismiss and for a More Definite Statement, the court dismissed Ms. Anders' first cause of action, and dismissed the portion of Ms. Anders' second cause of action that dealt with punitive damages and prejudgment interest. Within 10 days of the date of this order, Ms. Anders is ordered to show cause why the court should not dismiss without prejudice the remaining portion of her second cause of action due to lack of prosecution.

SO ORDERED.
