Michael F. Gadola, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to substitute party due to the death of guardian Ronald Krueger is GRANTED. Upon entry of this order, the Clerk's Office shall update this Court's records for this appeal to substitute Clay Krueger, as the guardian of Philip Krueger, in place of Ronald Krueger as a plaintiff-appellant.
