ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

On February 28, 2024, respondent filed a motion for continuance, in which respondent asserted that petitioner did not object to the granting of the motion. By Order served February 29, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion. On February 29, 2024, petitioner filed a Response to Motion for Continuance, in which he indicated that he actually objected to respondent's motion. The Court held a conference call with the parties on March 6, 2024, at which time petitioner requested an opportunity to have a hearing on the motion before the Court to clarify certain matters regarding the administration of his case going forward.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order, served on February 29, 2024, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 28, 2024, will be set for hearing on April 8, 2024.

This case remains calendared at the Court's April 8, 2024, trial session commencing at 10:00 a.m. in the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, One Bowling Green, Courtroom #610, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
