These consolidated cases are set for a Special Trial Session of the Court set to commence on May 1, 2023, in Washington, D.C.

On November 2, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Extension of Time. Respondent requests that the Court extend the last date to file motions to compel outstanding fact discovery relating to expert reports from November 3, 2022, to forty-five (45) days after the Court grants any motion for leave to serve additional discovery related to any expert witness reports, if any such motion is filed and granted. Respondent informed the Court that petitioners object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court a response to respondent's Motion for Extension of Time. The Court will thereupon take such action as it deems appropriate.
