ORDER

On June 8, 2021, the parties in these consolidated cases filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Extension of Time related to Court's May 18, 2021 Order, which order revised the pretrial scheduling order in these consolidated cases. The parties' request for extensions of time are limited to the depositions of non-party fact witnesses who have knowledge regarding whether to reserve for environmental remediation and restoration and the amount of those reserves. The request for extensions of time are further limited to subparagraphs (h), (m) and (p) of the May 18, 2021 Order, more specifically as follows:
(Subparagraph h): Solely as to the parties identified above, that the Court extend the time for providing notice of depositions from June 8, 2021 to July 8, 2021;
(Subparagraph m): Solely as to the parties identified above, that the Court extend the time from July 2, 2021 to August 2, 2021 for filing motions under Tax Court Rule 74(b)(3), related to the any notices of deposition issued under subparagraph (h) above; and
(Subparagraph p): Solely as to the parties identified above, that the Court extend the time for taking depositions from July 30, 2021 to August 20, 2021.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Extension of Time, filed June 8, 2021, is granted in that the date in subparagraph (h) of the of the Court's May 18, 2021 Order is extended to July 8, 2021, for the parties to serve notices of deposition on non-party fact witnesses who have knowledge regarding whether to reserve for environmental remediation and restoration and the amount of those reserves; and
That the date in subparagraph (m) of the Court's May 18, 2021 Order is extended to August 2, 2021, for the parties to file motions under Tax Court Rule 74(b)(3) with respect to nonparty fact-witness who have knowledge regarding whether to reserve for environmental remediation and restoration and the amount of those reserves, if that witness was served pursuant to the extension granted in subparagraph (h) above; and
That the date in subparagraph (p) of the Court's May 18, 2021 Order is extended to August 20, 2021, for the parties to take depositions with respect to non-party fact witnesses who have knowledge regarding whether to reserve for environmental remediation and restoration and the amount of those reserves.
