Schneiderman, Attorney General of the State of New York, Petitioner, Pursuant to Article 23-A of the New York General Business Law in Regard to the Acts and Practices of Ian Bruce Eichner, et al., Respondents, v. In promoting the issuance, distribution, exchange, advertisement, negotiation, purchase, investment advice or sale of securities in or from New York State.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 13, 2016 and said appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, filed with the Court on August 16, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the appeal, previously perfected, is withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
