DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

This motion is uncorrected and is not subject to publication in the Official Reports.

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Marian B. Cocose, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child, and Claudia Davenport, Esq., 110 Maiden Lane, Kingston, NY 12401, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act §1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct; and it is further

ORDERED that, within 14 days of the date of this decision and order, counsel shall verify whether the appeal has been e-filed with NYSCEF and, if so, register or confirm registration and enter such contact and additional information as required by 22 NYCRR 1245.3 (d).; and it is further

ORDERED that counsel's time to file a brief on behalf of the child is extended to January 10, 2020.
