ORDER

On May 17, 2022 this case was called and trial was held before the undersigned in New York City, NY; present at trial were petitioner Joseph Amundsen and attorney Michael De Matos for respondent. At their request, the parties have been ordered to file simultaneous opening briefs on or before August 1, 2022 and simultaneous answering briefs on or before September 14, 2022. On August 16, 2022 petitioner late-filed his opening brief, and attached a document referred to as a "general ledger" to his brief. Respondent has since filed a motion to strike, asking this Court to strike the "general ledger" document consisting of pages 7 through 52 of petitioner's opening brief.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is to file on or before September 16, 2022, a written response to respondent's motion to strike.
