ORDER

On August 23, 2022, petitioner filed a letter which appears to be in the nature of a Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court will re-characterize the letter as such.

Therefore, upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall re-characterize petitioner's letter as a Motion for Summary Judgment. It is further

ORDERED that on or before September 7, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment.
