DARLENE C. AMRHEIN, Appellant v. ATTORNEY LENNIE F. BOLLINGER AND WORMINTON & BOLLINGER LAW FIRM, Appellees
On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 6 Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 006-02654-2017
ORDER
Before the Court are (1) appellant's corrected brief on the merits, motion for extension of page limits, and motion to supplement the clerk's record and for the reporter's record; and (2) court reporter Jennifer K. Corley's letter detailing the cost of the reporter's record and informing the Court that appellant, whom the trial court has found not to be indigent, has not made arrangements to pay for the record. We ORDER as follows.
We DENY the motion to supplement the clerk's record as it does not comply with the specificity requirement of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(b)(2). See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(b)(2). Additionally, appellant seeks to have included records that do not appear to have been considered by the trial court and were filed in other cases. See Greystar, LLC v. Adams, 426 S.W.3d 861, 865 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2014, no pet.).
Although the appeal has been submitted without the reporter's record, we GRANT the motion for the reporter's record to the extent we ORDER appellant to file, no later than February 19, 2019, written verification she has made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee. Upon the filing of the verification, the Court will vacate its order submitting the appeal without the reporter's record and will set a deadline for filing the record.
As to the motion to exceed the page limits, we GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief received January 29, 2019 filed as of the date of this order.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Corley and the parties.
