MUST ANSWER OR RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT
Because the parties are currently engaged in the drafting of a settlement agreement that will resolve all of the issues raised in this adversary proceeding, and the deadline for defendants to file an answer or otherwise respond to the complaint is July 17, 2012, plaintiff and defendants (other than Equity Trust Company, whose claim has been transferred to Darlene Scher), by their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the time within which each defendant is required to file an answer or otherwise respond to the complaint is extended to and including September 4, 2012.
