This case is currently calendared on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin October 18, 2021. On September 30, 2021, the Court held a pretrial conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial (to be conducted remotely) at a date and time certain on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern time), during the October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call of this session commencing at 10:00 a.m., on October 18, 2021.

The parties shall refer to the Notice of Remote Proceeding served on August 4, 2021, for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
