DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 21, 2013, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 5, 2012, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nonfinal order in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
