Lakeith R. Amir-Sharif v. Angela D. Allen, et al.

412th Judicial District Court of Brazoria County Trial court: Trial court case number: 67247I

ORDER

Gordon Goodman, Judge

On May 5, 2023, appellant was notified that this appeal was subject to dismissal for failure to file an appellant's brief. Appellant subsequently filed a motion requesting an extension of time to June 11, 2023 to file his brief. Because the requested date has passed and appellant has not filed his brief, we dismiss the extension motion as moot. Unless appellant files a brief within 10 days of this order, the appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution.

It is so ORDERED.
