On September 13, 2024, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Reply Regarding Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files and lodged a Reply to Respondent's Response to Petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files. On the same day, petitioner filed a Motion to Seal.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Reply Regarding Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files is granted, and the Court shall file petitioner's Reply to Respondent's Response to Petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Seal is granted in that petitioner's 1) Motion for Leave to File Reply Regarding Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files and 2) Reply to Respondent's Response to Petitioner's Motion to Compel Production of 2010-2015 Administrative Files, shall be sealed from public view and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to these cases, except by an Order of the Court.
