ORDER

Travis A. Greaves Judge

Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's status report, filed April 15, 2024, it is

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the Court's April 17, 2024, Washington, D.C., remote document subpoena hearing. It is further

ORDERED that the hearing on the status of these cases is rescheduled for a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the Court's May 29, 2024, Washington, DC, special hearing session to be conducted remotely, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than May 24, 2024, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.

Special Trial Judge Fried will preside at the above-referenced hearing as previously assigned by the Chief Judge.
