SHARON S. AMESQUITA & MANUEL G. AMESQUITA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 29, 2022, an Entry of Appearance was filed on behalf of respondent in the above-docketed matter. The document was apparently intended to serve as an Entry of Appearance by John D. Davis. However, it was filed using the electronic access code of Nancy P. Klingshorn and was signed by her, allegedly "acting for" John D. Davis. Conversely, Nancy P. Klingshorn has at no time entered an appearance in this case and seemingly does not purport to do so now.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Entry of Appearance filed July 29, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. John D. Davis is advised that if he wishes to enter an appearance as counsel for respondent in this case, he should electronically file such Entry of Appearance using his own electronic access code and signed by him.
