Ameritech Michigan v. Michigan Public Service Commn

Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 7, 1999
606 N.W.2d 23 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

No. 114192 (80).

December 7, 1999.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the December 8, 1998, order of the Court of Appeals and the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant are considered, and they are DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court, but this is without prejudice to Ameritech's opportunity to seek reinstatement of its appeal to the Court of Appeals in the event the federal court declines jurisdiction over this controversy. See Riza v Niagara Machine Tool Works, Inc, 411 Mich. 915; ___ N.W.2d ___ (1980); and People v Kincade (On Remand), 206 Mich. App. 477, 483; 522 N.W.2d 880 (1994).

Court of Appeals No. 209829.
