DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure, Rule 41(a)(1), Plaintiffs, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ADVOCATES, GEORGE S. LOUIE and RICHARD WHITEHURST dismiss with prejudice the entire action against BOND CLEANERS and MERIGAN FAMILY LP. The defendants hereby Stipulate to said dismissal in this matter.

IT IS SO ORDERED that the aforementioned matter be dismissed.
