ORDERED that Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, American Express Centurion Bank, and against Defendant, Huynh Mai Nguyen aka Huynh Mai Thi Nguyen, in the amount of $8,645.34, and this amount is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §523(a)(2)(A); it is further
ORDERED that the Defendant can satisfy the Judgment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Stipulated Judgment; and it is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall mark the above-captioned adversary matter as CLOSED, subject to the terms and conditions of the Stipulated Judgment.
