ORDER APPROVING STIPULATED JUDGMENT


AND NOW, upon consideration of the parties' Stipulated Judgment of the above-captioned matter, it is

ORDERED, that the Stipulated Judgment is hereby APPROVED, and it is further

ORDERED, that judgment shall be entered in favor of American Express Bank, FSB, in the amount of $5,486.04, plus $1,275.00 in attorney fees and $250.00 in costs, for a total of $7,011.04, plus post-judgment interest at the legal rate, which can be satisfied pursuant to the Stipulated Judgment, and it is further

ORDERED, that the Clerk of the Court shall mark the above-captioned adversary matter as CLOSED.
