ORDER


On October 1, 2002, this Court indicated that neither the complaint nor the notice of removal adequately alleged the citizenship of the defendant and stated that, absent the filing of an amended notice adequately alleging the complete diversity of citizenship, the action would be remanded. The order was posted on the Court's web site and mailed to counsel. No amended notice having been filed, the action is remanded to the court from which it was removed.

SO ORDERED.
