On order of the Court, notice of the proposed changes and an opportunity for comment having been provided, the following amendments of Local Court Rules 2.100 and 8.108 are adopted, effective immediately. In addition, Local Court Rules 2.301, 2.401 and 2.503 are repealed, effective immediately.
[The present language is amended as indicated below.]
Rule 2.100 At Issue Praecipes — Forms and Procedure , Motion, and "At Issue Praecipes"
(A) At Issue Praecipes — Forms. The following forms shall be used for "At Issue Praecipes":
(1) Yellow Form — Domestic relations default judgments.Pink form — Mandamus, where necessity for immediate action is shown, superintending control, quo warranto. (See MCR 3.305[C].)
(2) Blue form — Contested domestic relations actions.Brown form — All appeals.
(3) White form — All other civil actions.Yellow form Domestic relations default judgments.
(5) White form — All other civil actions.
(B) At Issue Praecipes — Filing. An "At Issue Praecipe" shall be filed with Docket Managementthe assignment clerk's officeand a copy served on the attorneys of record or parties in propria persona, with the answer to the complaint.
(C) Added Parties or Appearance After Praecipe is Filed (Notice to Docket ManagementAssignment Clerk). If any party is added to an action or an attorney appears in an action after the "At Issue Praecipe" is filed, the party or attorney shall immediately notify Docket Managementthe assignment clerk of such appearance.

Rule 8.108 Transcript for Appeal
A request or order for a transcript of proceedings in the Third Judicial Circuit for use on appeal must be made to Court Reporting Services or a designee of that officeat the chief court reporter's office, 625 Lafayette Building, by completing and filingwith the chief court reporter's officethe required form with Court Reporting Services.
All transcripts will be filed withStaff Comment: The May 15, 2001 amendments of Local Court Rules 2.100 and 8.108 of the Third Judicial Circuit were made at the request of that court, effective immediately.in the aforesaid officeand can be obtained through Court Reporting Servicesin that office, by the ordering party, upon completion.
