ORDER


THIS CAUSE came on to be considered on Request for Default Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff or Speedy Trial (Dkt. 11). The Court having reviewed said motion and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Request for Default Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff or Speedy Trial is DENIED. Plaintiff still has failed to effect service on Defendants, after being placed on notice, in compliance with Rule 4(i), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (See Dkt. 6). Accordingly, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause is DISMISSED for lack of prosecution. All pending motions are hereby DENIED as moot. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
