And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the judgment and prior orders in the subject matrimonial action, including " a stay of warrant & order for arrest & commitment entered upon default on February 28, 2017 & Order suspending [his] rights of visitation with [his] two (2) children entirely." pending hearing and determination of the appeal,
