On March 31, 2021, this case was submitted pursuant to Rule 122, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Petitioners filed an opening brief on May 27, 2021, respondent filed an answering brief on July 30, 2021, and petitioners filed a reply brief on August 25, 2021. Per the Court's Order served March 31, 2021, respondent was granted the opportunity to file a sur-reply brief on or before October 28, 2021. Upon review of the record, the Court no longer finds a need for further briefing.
