Motion to dismiss appeal.

Motion to strike portions of appellant's brief and appendix and for extension of time to file brief of attorney for Samuel S.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to the issues involved being raised upon argument of the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to strike portions of the appellant's brief and appendix is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file the brief of the attorney for Samuel S. is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to March 6, 2023.
