An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 29, 2017, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order to the extent that it dissolved a temporary restraining order issued by Supreme Court on July 26, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, or for alternative relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
