Upon due consideration of (1) respondent's Motion to Change or Correct Caption, filed February 17, 2022, (2) respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, filed February 17, 2022, and (3) respondent's Motion for Extension of Time in Which to File Administrative Record, filed March 21, 2022, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation is granted in that the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Change or Correct Caption is granted in that the caption of this case is amended by adding the letter "X" to the docket number, and the Clerk of the Court shall process this case to trial or other disposition as a declaratory judgment case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time in Which to File Administrative Record is granted in that the time within which respondent shall file the administrative record is hereby extended to May 20, 2022.
