ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case was assigned to the undersigned judge for trial or other disposition on December 29, 2022. By order served on April 20, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report, indicating how this case involves a captive insurance arrangement and is related to other cases, at docket numbers 5924-21, 23055-22, 11946-20, 31517-21, and 23054-22. The parties also reported that they intend to move to consolidate all of these related cases, if trial becomes necessary. The parties request 90 days before submitting another status report.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before March 15, 2024, the parties shall file a report (jointly or separately) regarding the then-present status of this case.
