In an action by plaintiff to recover an unpaid balance due for services as an architect, defendant appeals from an order which granted a motion by the plaintiff to open his default in serving a reply to counterclaims set up in the answer. Order of the County Court, Westchester County, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, MacCrate and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
