ORDER
On September 21, 2017, the clerk's records were filed in these appeals. In reviewing what was filed, the Court observes that certain documents related to new trial proceedings conducted on June 20, 2017 that were attached to the notices of appeals in cause nos. 05-17-01098-CR and 05-17-01099-CR were not included in the clerk's records filed. The Court further observes there is no certification of the right to appeal filed in cause no. 05-17-01103-CR.
Accordingly, we ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to supplement the clerk's record filed in cause no. 05-17-01098-CR, within fourteen days of the date of this order, with the June 20, 2017 defendant's agreed motion for new trial and any other documents arising from proceedings on June 20, 2017. We further ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to supplement the clerk's record filed in cause no. 05-17-01099-CR, within fourteen days of the date of this order, with the June 20, 2017 judicial confession, plea agreement, certification of the right to appeal, judgment, agreed motion for new trial, and any other documents arising from the proceedings held on June 20, 2017.
In cause no. 05-17-01103-CR, we ORDER the trial court to prepare and file, within fourteen days of the date of this order, a certification of the right to appeal. To the extent that any such documents exist, we further ORDER the Dallas County District Clerk to supplement the clerk's record filed in cause no. 05-17-01103-CR, within fourteen days of the date of this order, with any documents arising from proceedings held on June 20, 2017.
