Appeal from the 53rd District Court of Travis County, Texas (TC# D-1-GN-12-003997) ORDER
The Court filed 7 boxes of Original Exhibits on August 6, 2014 and filed the clerk's record on September 5, 2014. However, it appears that the final judgment entered by the Trial Court on May 6, 2014, and the signed order from the trial court ordering the seven boxes of original exhibits to be filed with this Court were not included in the clerk's record.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS the District Clerk of Travis County, Texas, to prepare a supplemental clerk's record to include a copy of the final judgment entered by the Trial Court on May 6, 2014 and the signed order from the trial court ordering the seven boxes of original exhibits to be filed with this Court, and forward the same to this Court on or before October 6, 2014.
