On June 7, 2022, petitioners filed with the Court a Motion for Entry of Decision. This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at Washington, DC, on September 26, 2022. At the calendar call, counsel for respondent announced that a basis of settlement had been reached. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Entry of Decision, filed June 7, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 26, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a signed proposed stipulated decision, or a written report as to the then current status of this case.
