Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge.

By Notice dated November 13, 2022, this case is calendared for trial at the Court's San Francisco, California trial session commencing on March 20, 2023. On February 24, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion For Extension of Time. In a conference call with the parties held on March 9, 2023, petitioner advised that he needed additional time to obtain documentation to support his case. Respondent advised that there was no objection to the Court granting petitioner's motion. The Court advised that petitioner's motion will be granted this case will be calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion For Extension of Time, filed February 24, 2023 is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 20, 2023 San Francisco, California trial calendar and is continued to the April 17, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session at Burton Federal Bldg. & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Room 2-1408, San Francisco, CA 94102. It is further

ORDERED that the Standing Pretrial Order dated November 23, 2022 remains in effect.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
