On August 23, 2023, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. There is a typographical error in the Proposed Stipulated Decision concerning the overpayment in income tax for the taxable year 2019.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is hereby stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 11, 2023, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision.
