Jorge Amador seeks review of the trial court's order summarily denying his multi-issue motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We remand the matter to the trial court for further consideration of ground one of Amador's post-conviction motion in light of the supreme court's opinion in Grosvenor v. State, 874 So.2d 1176 (Fla.), cert. denied, ___ U.S. ___, 125 S.Ct. 627, 160 L.Ed.2d 458 (2004).
