Wilmington, Delaware 19801 On Appellant's Motion to Reargue: DENIED Dear Counsel:
Appellant has filed a timely Motion to Reargue the Court's decision entered on September 29, 2017. Appellee responded thereto.
The purpose of reargument is very limited. "[M]otions for reargument should not be used merely to rehash the arguments already decided by the court, or to present new arguments not previously raised."
The Court has reviewed its decision and is satisfied that it addresses the issues raised in Appellant's appeal from the Delaware Board of Charitable Gaming.
Appellant's Motion to Reargue is DENIED.
Very truly yours,
/s/ T. Henley Graves
