On April 14, 2023, respondent filed a status report which states that petitioner has not responded to respondent's attempts to contact him. Respondent further states that because of the lack of communication, the parties have not been able to draft a Stipulation of Facts and that because there is no Stipulation of Facts to file, respondent is filing respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits 1001-R through 1005-R with the status report. The Court will recharacterize and mark for identification respondent's status report as respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibits.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's status report filed on April 14, 2023, is hereby recharacterized as respondent's Proposed Trial Exhibit 1001-R though 1005-R.
