AMERICAN PRIDE EXPRESS LOGISTICS, INC. AND THOMAS E. FLORES, INDIVIDUALLY, Appellants v. JOE JORDAN TRUCKS, INC., Appellee

On Appeal from the 191st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DC-15-07192

ORDER

The clerk's record in this appeal has not been filed because appellants have not paid for it. Although we directed appellants to file written verification they had paid for the record by April 20, 2020 and subsequently extended the deadline to May 19, 2020, appellants have not complied and have not otherwise communicated with the Court. However, since the date the deadline was extended, a ten-volume reporter's record has been filed.

Our order extending the deadline cautioned appellants that failure to verify payment could result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b). In light of the reporter's record being filed, it appears appellants intend to prosecute the appeal. Accordingly, we do not dismiss the appeal but ORDER appellants to file the requested verification no later than June 18, 2020. We again caution appellants that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See id.
