Defendants-appellants having moved pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) for an order vacating the dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 6, 2017, and, upon vacatur, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect same is enlarged to the September 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
