This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Cleveland, Ohio Trial Session set to commence on November 7, 2022.

On August 10, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. The parties informed the Court that they have reached a basis of settlement and require additional time to finalize the settlement, as this case has impact on other related cases before the Court. Once the computations have been completed, the parties anticipate filing decision documents with the Court.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 10, 2022, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's November 7, 2022, Cleveland, Ohio calendar, continued and restored to the general docket.
