The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due April 30, 2024. On May 1, 2024, we notified the court reporter that the record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. The clerk's record shows appellant is indigent and has filed a designation of the reporter's record. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and court reporter Charon Evans has not communicated with the Court concerning this appeal.

We ORDER court reporter Charon Evans to file the complete reporter's record on or before JUNE 20, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Dominique Collins, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 4, Dallas County; Charon Evans, Official Court Reporter, Criminal District Court No. 4; and counsel for all parties.
