LEONEL C. ALVARADO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Richard T. Morrison Judge.

On March 21, 2023, the Court held a teleconference with the parties. Mr. Alvarado indicated that he is unable to prepare for trial because he is also preparing for an upcoming felony criminal trial. The parties also indicated that they needed time to evaluate Mr. Alvarado's potential claim for innocent spouse relief. Both parties agreed the case should be continued for these reasons.

Therefore, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 23, 2023 Wichita, Kansas Trial Session and is continued generally.
